About The Position

Amazing Lash Studio is seeking a passionate and experienced lash stylist to join their team. This role involves providing expert lash extension services, conducting client consultations, ensuring client comfort and safety, building client relationships, staying updated on lash trends, and offering additional services like lash lifts and tints. The studio emphasizes enhancing natural beauty and fostering a supportive community for its employees.

Requirements

Must be a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist, in accordance with state regulations.
Previous experience as a lash stylist is preferred.
Strong understanding of lash extension application techniques, including proper isolation, styling, and aftercare.
Excellent attention to detail and precision in lash application.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the beauty industry.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
Positive, collaborative attitude.

Nice To Haves

Experience with various lash types and techniques is a plus.
Certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide expert lash extension services including classic, hybrid, and volume applications.
Conduct personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend lash looks.
Ensure a relaxing and safe experience for clients, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and care.
Develop strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest lash trends and techniques.
Offer additional services such as lash lifts, tints, and brow treatments.
