About The Position
Stevenson High School (Lincolnshire, IL) is seeking a Cosmetics Club Sponsor for the 2026-2027 school year. Cosmetics Club is a student-led, interdisciplinary club exploring cosmetics through the lenses of science, history, and social studies. Members study skin anatomy and ingredient science; the history of beauty standards and feminist movements; ethics in the beauty industry (including animal testing and sourcing); and marketing and consumer literacy. The club is open to all students and does not require prior experience. The sponsor provides oversight, continuity, and support to student leadership while preserving the club as a genuinely student-driven space. This is not an instructional role. The sponsor's job is to ensure the club runs safely, stays organized, and maintains a trusted adult connection to the school.
Requirements
- Must be available for the 2026-2027 school year.
- Must complete all steps of the electronic application process.
- Must upload all requested materials.

- Prior experience in cosmetics is not required for club members.
