Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of operations, logistics, or inventory management experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), ERP systems, and inventory software
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or retail operations is an asset

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational projects and initiatives, including the successful launch of new clinical services.
Coordinate and manage logistical support for clinic-wide events, promotions, and launch activities.
Lead the oversight, management, and growth strategies for the clinic membership program to ensure consistent member value and retention.
Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, purchase order fulfillment, and inventory management for cosmetic supplies, equipment, and disposables across all locations.
Coordinate with clinic managers on resource allocation, equipment maintenance, and supply needs.
Maintain cosmetic-specific SOPs and reporting tools to ensure operational consistency across all clinic teams.
Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives for cosmetic operations while analyzing operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
