About The Position

This position is for a Corrugator Stacker Operator on all shifts. The role involves working as part of the production crew with a focus on the production run of corrugated sheets. Responsibilities include quality checks, padding orders for shipping, and other assigned duties. The operator will assist with running orders by monitoring the process for smooth operation and identifying any issues such as machine failure, quality deviations, or paper shortages. Collaboration with management, maintenance, and other employees may be required to resolve problems.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, such as schedules and orders.
• Must be able to use and read a tape measurer to 1/16th of an inch.
• Must be willing to work overtime on short notice, including weekends.
• Ability to work in manufacturing environment, with varying temperatures based on season, around machinery, and heavy Forklift traffic.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• 1 + year of experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Assists with running orders by watching the run continue smoothly and without problem.
• Notifies the operator of problems such as machine failure, product quality not to standard, or shortage of paper.
• May need to work with management, maintenance, and other company employees to fix the problem.
