Over and above quality assurance reviews, provide additional support to Operations team to insure consistency between campuses.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education and work related training
• 2+ years of experience working with mortgage loan procedures and documents and/or quality assurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in business-related field, or equivalent education and related training.
• 4+ years of experience in a finance or mortgage related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency using Black Knight Lending Space platform and Compliance Ease.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and consistency for all Correspondent teammates, vendors, and sites either through post purchase analysis sampling of loans purchased or process improvement efforts.
• Reports findings/deficiencies as needed, using clear concise language.
• Participate in occasional training updates for Operations staff and provides feedback to Operations staff during monthly Quality Assurance calls.
• Validate information entered into Lending Space is accurate, findings are valid, and documentation present is acceptable/sufficient.
• Identify patterns in errors/deficiencies before they become trends and escalate as needed to applicable management.
• Mentor and train peers in areas of relative strength.
• Generate reports to assist with Operations production/monitoring as needed.
