This position is full-time On-site 40 hours per week. Employees are required to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 300 Burnett Street Fort Worth, TX.
This will be on the job training and the hours during training will be 8:00am to 5:00pm CST, Monday – Friday.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 2+ years in a customer service position
• Experience working with computers, including operating within Microsoft Windows
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime
• Must reside within a commutable distance to the office located at 300 Burnett Street Fort Worth, TX
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong literary comprehension capability
• Capable of staying focused and tuning out outside distractions
