About The Position

The RN Travel supports patient care delivery through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the supervision of Charge Nurses. The role includes administering medications, assisting with diagnostic tests, documenting care, and supporting surgical procedures as needed. The nurse ensures compliance with safety protocols, medication handling, and clinical documentation standards, and participates in care planning, emergency response, and interdisciplinary communication. This position requires 100% travel to various locations to fulfill staffing needs, with a schedule of 36 hours per week and variable shifts.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the states of practice and the state in which the employee works, or a valid compact state nurse license.
Current CPR certification.
Must be willing and able to travel 100% of the time.
Must reside in the United States.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver patient care and treatment plans under the supervision of a Charge Nurse.
Administer medications, perform EKGs, and assist with procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation in SOAP format and review medical records.
Respond to emergencies and ensure safety and infection control protocols.
Travel full-time to different healthcare facilities as staffing needs require.
