About The Position
The Registered Nurse will provide nursing care in a corrections setting in Connell, Washington. The role involves wellness check-ups, intake screenings, reviewing inmate medical records, interviewing and educating patients, and assisting patients through drug detox. The nurse will formulate and execute care plans, maintain accurate records and proper safety procedures, and monitor medical supplies. The position is a 13-week direct contract with potential to extend. The schedule is 40 hours per week on 8-hour shifts, with an ASAP start date. Local and travel candidates are welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Active Washington or compact Registered Nurse license.
- BLS certification.

- One or more years of corrections nursing experience is preferred.
