About The Position

The Payroll Corrections Specialist maintains and oversees the payroll corrections process, helping ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations for clients. The role works with correction requests, client inquiries, payroll adjustments, tax corrections, and third-party sick pay, while supporting both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Payroll Corrections Queue.
• Manage client expectations and inquiries within Service Cloud.
• Audit, troubleshoot, and research corrections.
• Review incoming correction requests and process system adjustments.
• Provide support for clients and internal teams.
• Process voids and adjustments and create year-to-date entries when necessary.
• Audit and reconcile corrections before amendment processing.
• Manage the collection or refund of tax corrections.
• Manage all third-party sick pay.
