About The Position

This position is responsible for monitoring the activity of residents in a corrections facility, ensuring accountability, safety, security, and compliance with facility rules. The role involves monitoring client behavior, serving as a liaison between clients and counselors, and administering drug/alcohol testing as required. Accurate and complete logs for residents and the facility must be maintained.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED AND One year experience performing security work OR Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Ability to read, write and communicate the English language.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a valid state drivers license.
Contractual obligations of our Corrections Program require that this position be filled by a Male candidate. Female candidates will not be considered.
