This role is responsible for learning new tasks, remembering processes, maintaining focus, completing tasks independently, making timely decisions within workflows, and meeting speed and/or productivity quotas. The position involves supervising employees, interns, and contract staff, including training, payroll processing, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. The coordinator will stay knowledgeable about best practices in community corrections and continuous quality improvement (CQI) methodology, introduce new practices, and oversee CQI projects from development to implementation. This includes managing project timelines, providing oversight to research projects, and assisting with program evaluation research. The role also supports grant preparation by providing relevant information and performing research duties for awarded grants. Additionally, the coordinator is responsible for completing reports accurately and on time, preparing presentations, and providing training on CQI projects and concepts to internal and external staff.
