Vision: We enhance public safety and quality of life through the successful reintegration of residents in our care. Your main role will be monitoring and safeguarding the residents in a direct supervision housing unit. This will include everything from managing routines, supervising meals, conducting searches as well as evaluating resident behavior. You will need to instruct and direct the residents and ensure safety of your housing unit. At times, you will need to deal with the more challenging aspects of this career such as disruptive or violent behavior and will be working with a variety of individuals and sentence lengths. You will be required to write reports and utilize our software systems. Basic skills are required, but training will be provided.
