Correctional Client Driver/Monitor- Waterloo

ATTIC CORRECTIONAL SERVICES INC•Waterloo, WI
•$20 - $20

About The Position

ATTIC Correctional Services is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Transport & Monitoring Specialist for its Supervised Release Program in Waterloo, Wisconsin. The program serves correctional clients with a history of sexual offenses who are returning to the community after incarceration and participation in a treatment program. The position provides structured transportation and monitoring—not therapy or treatment—and supports successful community reentry and public safety. The role involves direct, professional contact with adult clients. Employees must maintain firm professional boundaries, follow established supervision procedures, and interact respectfully, objectively, and with a focus on safety. Work takes place throughout the assigned service area rather than from a central office, and employees use their own reliable vehicle. Mileage and business use of a personal cell phone are reimbursed. This is a part-time position, generally about 10–20 hours per week, though hours vary with client needs. Assignments generally occur on weekdays, with occasional evening and weekend services. The schedule is flexible and variable, rather than a fixed Monday–Friday, 8-to-5 schedule. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour.
