This professional position will manage inmates at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center (FCADC) or Frederick County Work Release Center (FCWRC) and/or defendants assigned to supervision under a Sheriff’s Office program in accordance with established processes and procedures by conducting intake activities, coordinating case needs, facilitating access to services, and maintaining required documentation across multiple operational systems, while also assisting with program participation, legal and administrative processes, and communication with internal and external partners to ensure continuity of services and compliance with applicable requirements, and maintaining records, preparing routine reports, and contributing to the implementation of procedures that support program operations and organizational objectives. Supervision is received from the Director of Community Services, or the Director and Assistant Director of Inmate Services. The upper pay range reflects possible wage rates for internal County transfers and promotions, which are calculated per County policy. For external hires, offers are made at the base wage rate.
