About The Position

This is an online Experience & Education (E&E) Claim for the Correction Officer III Departmental Promotional Examination scheduled for November 21, 2026. Only eligible candidates who have submitted a written application and payment to participate in the examination must submit the claim to receive E&E credit. There is no additional fee.

The E&E examination has two weighted categories: Experience (75%) and Education (25%). Candidates answer questions about their employment, supervisory experience, and education. Supporting documentation is required for all claims. Candidates must attach electronic copies of supporting documents, such as official college transcripts and employment verification forms, to the online claim or email them to [email protected] by 11:59 p.m. on November 28, 2026.

Candidates may complete and submit their claim through the statutory deadline of November 28, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Claims cannot be edited online after submission. Requests for changes must be submitted in writing by email no later than the deadline. Once examination scores are received, candidates have 17 calendar days from the score email to appeal the scoring of their online claim. HRD may audit claims after submission and during the life of the resulting eligible list, and candidates must be prepared to provide supporting documentation upon request.
