We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being. This role is remote, but does require the applicant to travel across the state of Pennsylvania. Salary Range: $46,000-$48,000. Our commitment to individualized services and excellent customer service has led to the development of numerous Employee Assistance Program models for the employers with whom we contract. We have also expanded our other services to include Training and Performance Acceleration, Leadership Development, Organizational Health, and Candidate Selection that help employers address their most important issues. To add additional value, we continually work to increase the different ancillary services that we include with every EAP contract. We actively seek feedback from our clients to ensure we are exceeding their needs and we are on the forefront of providing white glove EAP services. Summary: The purpose of this position is to provide superior services to our corporate EAP clients. The Corporate Wellness Specialist will work alongside HR and Leadership teams within these organizations to plan and develop awareness around the EAP services and contribute to organizational wellness solutions. This position is foundational to our Mission; to provide excellent customer service to those in need in order to produce a healthy and engaged workforce.
