About The Position

As a Video Producer, you will create video content that supports business priorities, brand storytelling, and audience engagement across internal and external channels. You will work with marketing, creative, communications, and business stakeholders to plan, produce, and deliver content from concept through final edit. Your work helps communicate ideas clearly and consistently while supporting the Fiserv brand.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in video production, post-production, or multimedia content creation using professional camera, lighting, audio, and editing workflows
  • Experience editing video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar non-linear editing tools
  • Experience producing video content for business, marketing, communications, or digital channels with measurable delivery against project timelines and stakeholder requirements
  • Experience capturing and editing audio, selecting music, and integrating motion graphics, captions, and other visual assets into finished video content
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
  • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting executive communications, corporate storytelling, or brand campaigns
  • Experience using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar creative tools for motion graphics and visual asset development
  • Experience with live event recording, multi-camera production, or studio-based video workflows
  • Experience producing content in a regulated industry, including financial services, payments, or technology

Responsibilities

  • Produce video content from concept development through final delivery for internal and external audiences
  • Partner with stakeholders to define project goals, audience needs, messaging, timelines, and production requirements
  • Plan and coordinate pre-production activities, including scripting, shot planning, scheduling, location logistics, and talent support
  • Capture video and audio in studio and field environments using professional production equipment and standard production workflows
  • Edit video content using non-linear editing tools, incorporating graphics, music, color correction, captions, and brand-aligned visual elements
  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, track milestones, and deliver assets on schedule while maintaining production quality standards
  • Ensure completed content aligns with brand standards, accessibility requirements, and channel-specific technical specifications
