From a marketing and experience perspective, our audience platform powers how audiences are defined, how signals are translated into usable context, and how that context is applied to personalize content, guide journeys, and inform decision making across marketing channels. It ensures teams can move beyond static segmentation to dynamic, real time understanding, and consistently deliver experiences that are relevant, coordinated, and measurable. We are looking for an individual with deep experience building and enabling this layer. This includes defining detailed requirements, recommending solutions, defining the appropriate reference architecture, and delivering solutions end-to-end with excellence. In this role, you will partner closely with business, AI & data, technology, legal, and compliance teams. You will also help shape our forward-looking enablement strategy, including how agentic AI can evolve how insights are created and applied to better serve customers, empower advisors, and drive outcomes. Success in this role requires strong domain expertise, disciplined solution design, and the ability to execute and deliver.
