About The Position

U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services is one of the largest providers of corporate trust services worldwide. Through 48 domestic offices and three international offices, we deliver trustee, agency, escrow, document custody, and money market issuing services to a diverse global client base. The Corporate Trust Relationship Specialist 2 acts as the primary service lead for one or more CLO client relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality service across the client portfolio. This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication, effective issue resolution, and coordination of operational activities and deliverables. In addition, the Corporate Trust Relationship Specialist 2 leads client meetings and discussions, partners with internal stakeholders to drive timely and accurate execution of client deliverables, and promotes adherence to established service standards, operational controls, and departmental performance metrics. They monitor relationship health, identify potential risks or service gaps, and work proactively with management and business partners to address concerns before they impact the client experience. This position also provides guidance and coaching to junior team members, supports training and knowledge sharing initiatives, and collaborates with leadership to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen overall client service delivery. Success in this role is measured through client satisfaction, service quality, responsiveness, accuracy of deliverables, adherence to operational standards, and the ability to foster productive long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in corporate trust and sales activities or related field
