This is a lead role that provides general administrative support to existing Corporate Trust clients with payment activities. It involves identifying ongoing training opportunities and preparing material for team meetings, such as best practice material and procedural reminders. Senior Associates serve as the primary point of contact for Disbursement and Data Associate questions or support, offering leadership on answering questions about documents, set-ups, and how-to procedures. A firm understanding of governing deal documents is essential, and the role requires being a Subject Matter Expert on at least one or more foundational ARM functions. The position includes providing internal training, mentoring, and guidance for new associates, and supporting one or more dedicated Relationship Managers with a full load of clients and transactions. The role is capable of resolving intermediate administrative issues and providing support to client staff, including some non-routine support. Responsibilities also include responding to client inquiries, answering questions regarding products and services, and working with Relationship Managers and/or Legal on more complex accounts and related items, assisting with monitoring activities. Participation in cross-training to learn other Corporate Trust roles and provide support is expected. The role is responsible for establishing a network of strategic contacts with a keen focus on customer experience and how to deliver it through associate engagement, technology, workflows, and processing.
