As a Corporate Trust Analyst, you'll play an important role in helping ensure bondholders receive timely principal and interest payments while supporting the administration of corporate trust accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in banking, finance, accounting, or operations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or technical education, or equivalent work experience
- Less than two years of related experience
Nice To Haves
- Banking, accounting, finance, or business-related experience.
- Wire processing or payment operations experience.
- Experience working with financial data or reconciliations
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing funds for corporate trust accounts.
- Support wire transfers and debt service payment activities.
- Reconcile accounts and balances to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor accounts and identify potential overdrafts.
- Review trust documentation and verify authorized signers.
- Confirm funds are distributed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
- Support investment-related account activity.
- Partner with relationship managers and internal business partners to resolve account-related questions.
