Requirements

  • Bilingualism in French/English is required for interacting with French and English-speaking clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing business travel for professional clients, including booking flights, cars, hotels, and ground transportation with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Adhere to company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards.
  • Collaborate with team members by assisting other consultants as needed with client service tasks.
  • Establish and nurture strong working relationships.
  • Find solutions for travel-related issues that clients may present.
  • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.
