Requirements

  • Post Secondary Degree or Diploma, Travel and Tourism preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ Travel industry experience with knowledge in Corporate Travel, Airline and GDS Systems specifically Sabre
  • TICO certified
  • Contact Centre Experience
  • High attention to detail and strong customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • CTC or CTM preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for internal Corporate stakeholders, including Board Members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, providing support and assistance while prioritizing Associate safety.
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the travel industry and Corporate travel requirements.
  • Advise clients on a wide range of travel options, including vacation packages, cruises, escorted tours, flights, rail, accommodations, car rentals, and travel insurance; ensuring all required documentation is completed and promote additional travel-related products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, trends, and technologies, including CAA security protocols, IATA and TICO regulations, insurance policies, supplier terms and conditions, and compliance with the Travel Act.
  • Adhere to established processes within the Travel Contact Centre, ensuring compliance while contributing to improved service levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage group ticketing requests efficiently and within required timelines.
  • Continuously identifies opportunities to enhance and streamline Corporate travel processes.
