About The Position

Corporate Traveller is seeking a motivated and driven Corporate Travel Consultant to join their team. This role involves managing the day-to-day travel needs of corporate business accounts and delivering the high level of service that Corporate Traveller is known for. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of travel consulting experience and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service. Corporate Traveller is a successful brand within Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), focused on dominating the SME market by making corporate travel faster, simpler, and easier through a blend of personal service and expert technology.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in both English and French.

  • Tech Savvy – 2 years’ experience with a Global Distribution System (GDS) (Sabre preferred), confident using Microsoft suite, and comfortable learning new software.
  • Bilingual French/English required, due to the nature of the role of dealing with both English and French clients and suppliers.

Nice To Haves

  • OPC certification preferred; however, candidates without OPC certification will be supported to obtain it. Successful completion of the OPC exam within 30 days of employment is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in making professional and accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations.
  • Follow company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards.
  • Work as a team member and assist other agents in completing client servicing functions.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Provide solutions to travel-related problems clients may experience.
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all employees feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.
