About The Position

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking highly skilled freelance sales associates to provide make-up application, skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations. As a sales associate, you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. You will also work as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising. This role is ideal for dynamic self-starters looking for a progressive career opportunity in prestige beauty.

Requirements

Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.

Nice To Haves

Certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable.
Beginner-level expertise in makeup is welcomed.
Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued.
Amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
Retail experience is preferred.
