About The Position

Corporate Traveler is seeking a motivated and driven Corporate Travel Consultant to join their team. The role involves managing the day-to-day travel needs of corporate business accounts and delivering a high level of service. Corporate Traveler is a successful brand within Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), focused on the SME market and providing a blend of personal service and technology. The company has offices globally and a strong history within FCTG.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day travel needs of corporate business accounts.
  • Assist in making professional and accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations.
  • Follow company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards.
  • Work as a team member and assist other agents as needed in completing all functions related to servicing the client.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Provide solutions to travel-related problems clients may experience.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.
