About The Position

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a talented Corporate Travel Agent to join their vibrant Corporate Travel team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from home within their territory, with a flexible schedule designed to accommodate your needs. This is a work from home position; however, candidates must live within their territory: Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, DC, or West Virginia. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of active Travel Consultant experience in the past 6 years.
• Experience in Corporate Travel and proficiency in SABRE GDS required.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of international travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill domestic travel requests for airline, hotel, and car rentals, ensuring the lowest cost for booked itineraries and maximum commission claimed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating travel-related information.
• Utilize SABRE GDS to manage corporate travel bookings.
• Promote acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that align with client travel program policies.
• Maintain professional and courteous client relations by promptly responding to telephone and email communications.
• Stay informed of airline rules, regulations, and current affairs to accurately advise clients.
• Achieve individual and contractual service level goals related to telephone, quality, and productivity.
