Requirements

• Proven track record of independent work and proactive problem-solving.
• Attorneys with 5-12 years of experience in relevant transactional or corporate law.

• Augmenting a prominent legal firm's Corporate division, assuming significant securities-related responsibilities for a major client, and providing counsel to public companies and underwriters.
• Leading Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and affordable housing transactional matters from inception to completion.
• Enhancing a distinguished law firm's team with unparalleled legal guidance to homeowners' associations, specializing in transactional legal services for community associations across California.
