The Corporate Trainer and Development Specialist owns and supports the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs for all corporate departments. This includes enterprise-wide leadership development, employee soft‑skill development, compliance training, and the governance of the Learning Management System (LMS). The role partners closely with the Operations Training team to ensure a unified learning strategy—Operations Training leads operations‑specific learning while this role drives corporate-wide training initiatives, competency development, and leadership readiness across the organization. We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Trainer who can bridge the gap between employee potential and organizational goals. This role is equal parts strategist, facilitator, and technologist, responsible for shaping the end‑to‑end corporate learning experience—from new‑hire onboarding to leadership readiness.
