About The Position

In this role, you will design and deliver effective training programs, create engaging learning materials, and support employee development across the organization. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt training methods to meet diverse learning needs are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as corporate trainer
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
  • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
  • Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset
  • Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Critical thinking and decision making
  • Must have the ability to pass federal background screening and potential security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Prior call center experience preferred
  • Training or Learning & Development certifications (e.g., CPLP/CPTD) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
  • Design effective training programs and update as needed
  • Prepare educational material such as power point presentations, SharePoint content
  • Support and mentor new employees
  • Keep attendance and other records
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
  • Monitor employee performance and response to training
  • Maintain records of training
  • Attend client working sessions/meeting/training as needed
  • Other projects as directed
