The Corporate Trainer delivers engaging training programs and learning experiences that support associate development, performance improvement, and business objectives. This role facilitates instructor-led and virtual training, partners with business teams to support learning needs, and helps reinforce consistent processes, knowledge, and service standards across the organization. The Corporate Trainer applies adult learning principles to support learner engagement and knowledge retention while contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the training function. They will partner closely with Instructional Designers and business stakeholders. Depending on experience and business needs, this role may be filled at a senior level with expanded scope and responsibility, including mentoring and coaching other trainers, supporting learning strategy initiatives, and serving as a subject matter expert within the training team.
