About The Position

The Corporate Trainer will deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure all Fello employees receive essential compliance and skills-based education. Working within the People & Culture division, this role is responsible for conducting in-person and virtual training sessions across the Greater Chesapeake Region, with a focus on maintaining regulatory compliance for disability service providers and enhancing employee capabilities at all organizational levels.

Requirements

  • Four or more years of professional training facilitation and curriculum development experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in various training technologies.
  • Physical ability to travel regionally.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Disability services experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure all Fello employees receive essential compliance and skills-based education.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions across the Greater Chesapeake Region.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance for disability service providers.
  • Enhance employee capabilities at all organizational levels.
  • Deliver complex compliance topics—including HIPAA, emergency response, and safety protocols—in accessible, engaging formats.
  • Assess practical competencies like CPR, First Aid, and driver safety, providing constructive feedback to support employee development.
  • Track training completion and documentation.
  • Identify training needs and contribute to organization-wide development initiatives.
