We are seeking an energetic and experienced Corporate Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a critical resource for employee development, delivering impactful training programs that support operational performance, customer service excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced call center environment. Reporting directly to the Training Supervisor, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert across multiple operational functions while designing, developing, and delivering training programs that empower employees to achieve success. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience delivering both virtual and classroom-based training programs
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing training curricula
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments and evaluating training effectiveness
  • Experience creating and maintaining training documentation and instructional materials
  • Experience supporting ongoing operational training programs
  • Microsoft Word

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging remote and in-person training programs with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Facilitate new hire, operational, refresher, and remedial training sessions
  • Conduct pre-testing, post-testing, classroom exercises, evaluations, and coaching activities
  • Adapt training methods to meet the needs of diverse learning styles and audiences
  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training materials and processing guides
  • Create and update operational manuals, policy guides, and training documentation
  • Ensure training content aligns with business objectives, quality standards, and contractual requirements
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on results
  • Partner with managers and supervisors to identify training opportunities and performance gaps
  • Develop targeted coaching and refresher training initiatives for employees not meeting quality standards
  • Support continuous improvement efforts focused on service levels, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor employee performance trends and recommend training solutions
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across multiple operational areas
  • Facilitate meetings with clients, business partners, managers, and operational teams
  • Assist in identifying and resolving process, policy, and procedural challenges
  • Support implementation of operational changes and system enhancements
  • Track and report training metrics, trainee progress, and class performance
  • Monitor training program effectiveness and provide recommendations to leadership
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and deliverables
