This position will focus on driving growth, improving competitiveness, and aligning business operations with long-term organizational goals. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting, economics or related field
- Seven years’ experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, strategy consulting, or other similar strategic planning focused activities.
- Strong ability to analyze complex data, market trends, and financial metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and project management capabilities to guide cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively to stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to identify challenges, propose solutions and implement strategies that drive business performance
- Familiar with multiple proprietary, non-public, and public data sources in order to ascertain key industry and company information
- Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet rapid, time-sensitive deadlines
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of corporate strategies, working closely with senior leadership to define priorities and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices to help inform strategic decisions.
- Work with finance, operations, human resources, information technology and other departments within the corporate office as well as the operating companies to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Lead and manage strategic projects, ensuring they meet organizational objectives and timelines.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, adjusting as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Prepare and present financial reports, strategic updates, and presentations to senior management and the company’s Board of Directors to assess the financial implications of strategic decisions.
- Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
