As a Strategic Analysis Manager, you will partner with business leaders across the organization to support topline growth, optimize the cost structure, and drive efficiencies that maximize enterprise value. This is a hybrid role in Des Moines, IA. What You Will Do: Drive strategic financial decision-making by delivering actionable insights on pricing strategy, advisor recruitment and acquisition modeling, margin optimization, revenue leakage, and growth opportunities across business lines. Examples Include: Pershing and NFS contract negotiations Advisory program design and pricing initiatives Direct-to-platform strategy and comparative economics across the multi-channel offering Margin sensitivity analysis as a core feature (e.g. market impact on fee compression, etc.) Deliver high-impact, data-driven insights to inform and accelerate corporate strategies focused on key performance indicators (KPIs.) Examples Include: Advisor and client profitability and segmentation; lifetime value of advisors and investors; advisor engagement including technology, marketing, etc. Advisor ‘at-risk’ metrics and succession pipeline OPEX/Cost to serve analysis for unit economics; true on platform vs. off platform performance Implement guided analytics approach to increase value and ease of communication of results and replace certain Tableau reports. Support the annual strategic planning process, partnering with executive leadership to define long-term growth objectives, assess market opportunities, and align financial resources with strategic priorities. Create best-in-class economic model(s) to support strategic corporate decision making, emphasizing sustainability, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. Examples Include: Integration of acquired businesses and product adjacencies into the core, economic data model to understand organic growth, right-size recruitment and M&A assumptions, and drive investment into the highest margin categories Increase timeliness, accuracy, and depth of reporting capabilities. Expand unit economics into advisor profitability and product profitability through filtering capabilities.
