About The Position

NDM Hospitality is a dynamic and growing property management company specializing in the restaurant industry. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. If you have a strong background in Full Cycle Accounting , AP processing , Bank Reconciliations , Credit Card Receivables , and inventory experience with systems such as NetSuite and Craftable Inventory , we would love to hear from you. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Multi-Family Apartment Staff Accountant with a comprehensive understanding of property-level full cycle accounting to join our team in Boca Raton, FL.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
Minimum of 3 years of related real estate accounting experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

Comprehensive Real Page or equivalent knowledge for tenant billing management is preferred.
a master's degree and/or CPA is preferred.
Strong preference for candidates with Real Page experience.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Full-Cycle Accounting.
Core functions include accounts receivable and prepaids, accounts payable and accruals, overall general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and depreciation/amortization.
Prepare monthly financial packages with supporting workpapers and balance sheet reconciliations.
Ensure all reporting is accurate and in accordance with US GAAP standards.
Provide monthly and year-to-date budget vs. actual variance analysis.
Work in conjunction with operations to implement and maintain all accounting workflows.
Prepare annual budget and reforecast.
Act as a liaison to external parties, including internal and external auditors.
Oversee internal controls and enforce company accounting policies.
Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
