About The Position

The Corporate Services Technician supports the safe and efficient operation of the facility by performing general maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility support. This role assists with building systems, equipment, facility upkeep, supplies, recycling, and other Corporate Services needs.

Requirements

  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of facility maintenance or related experience.
  • Basic knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts, manlifts, motorized equipment, and company vehicles.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions, perform basic math, communicate effectively, and complete required documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance expectations.
  • Ability to follow all safety requirements, including Lockout/Tagout and hazardous materials procedures.
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, reach, twist, grasp, and perform repetitive physical tasks as needed.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general building maintenance and repairs, including drywall, painting, lighting, plumbing, and furniture systems.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs to HVAC, humidification, electrical, and compressed air systems.
  • Operate forklifts, manlifts, box trucks, vans, and other facility equipment as required.
  • Maintain facility, dock, break room, patio, recycling, and common areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
  • Monitor fire extinguishers and other facility safety equipment for proper condition and accessibility.
  • Maintain and replenish janitorial, housekeeping, printer, and break room supplies.
  • Support recycling operations, including collection and scheduling pickups.
  • Perform minor facility maintenance and repairs as directed.
  • Assist with records storage and meeting or training room setup and cleanup.
  • Support snow and ice removal from walkways and entrances during inclement weather.
  • Pick up facility supplies and assist with vendor or contractor activities as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
