About The Position

This internship offers the opportunity to assist with various projects, research, reporting, and process improvement initiatives within corporate services. The role involves coordinating meetings, training sessions, and events, as well as managing electronic and paper records with a focus on confidentiality. Responsibilities also include supporting vendor coordination, purchasing, expense reports, and service requests, along with invoice processing and budget tracking. The intern will compile reports, maintain spreadsheets, and prepare presentations. Additionally, the role involves responding to internal inquiries, providing customer service, and supporting initiatives in talent, compensation, employee engagement, and organizational development. The position also entails performing other administrative, operational, and project-related duties as assigned, participating in continuous improvement efforts, and collaborating on cross-functional projects with Human Resources, General Affairs, and executive leadership, all while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Customer-service mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Interest in Human Resources, facilities operations, and business administration.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with projects, research, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Respond to internal inquiries and provide customer service to employees and business partners.
  • Support talent, compensation, employee engagement, and organizational initiatives as requested.
  • Perform other administrative, operational, and project-related duties as assigned to support business objectives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects supporting Human Resources, General Affairs, and executive leadership while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive business and employee information.
