Our Corporate practice is seeking associates with at least four to five years of post-JD experience. The positions can be located in Boston or New York.

Requirements

Juris Doctor
Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

Advising public companies in ongoing SEC representation and capital markets transactions.
Experience in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, auctions, and carve-out transactions.
Advising companies through all stages of growth including business formation and equity financings.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills including managing teams on transactions.
Demonstrated experience training and mentoring junior associates.
