About The Position

Our Security helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
Associates degree OR 2 years of honorable military service OR 2 years of professional Law Enforcement experience.
1+ years of professional experience in customer service and 1+ years of security experience required.
Standard computer / technology skills needed.
Exceptional customer service experience required.
Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
Conduct patrols inside / outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain.
Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
Provide detailed written reports.
Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily.
Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
