About The Position

Securitas is hiring Corporate Security Officers to support a professional corporate facility in Franklin, Massachusetts. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available for dependable, professional individuals comfortable interacting with employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors while helping maintain a safe and secure workplace. The role includes monitoring facility access, conducting patrols, observing activity, responding to security concerns, and completing reports. Securitas provides training and offers opportunities to build experience and grow within the security industry. The listed pay is $18.60 per hour. The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, for 40 hours per week. The part-time schedule is Friday, 12:00 AM–8:00 AM, for 8 hours per week.

Comfort interacting with employees and visitors in a professional corporate environment.
Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
Comfort using basic computers and electronic reporting systems.

Security, customer service, or corporate environment experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the facility.
Greet and assist employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors.
Conduct scheduled interior and exterior security patrols.
Monitor activity throughout the property and identify potential security or safety concerns.
Respond appropriately to alarms, incidents, and security-related concerns.
Observe and report unusual or suspicious activity.
Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
Follow established site procedures and post orders.
Maintain a professional and helpful security presence throughout the shift.
