About The Position

Join our dedicated security team responsible for safeguarding the U.S. Venture Corporate Headquarter located at 222 West College Avenue, Appleton, WI 54911. We are seeking four part-time Security Guards who will work collaboratively to ensure comprehensive coverage of our facility, Monday through Friday, 6:00AM - 6:00PM. Recognized company holidays are excluded from the regular schedule. Additional hours outside of the standard schedule may present themselves upon occasion.

Requirements

Minimum two years of experience in security or related field
Strong situational awareness and ability to quickly assess and respond to potential risks
Ability to follow established safety protocols, incident-reporting procedures, and company policies
Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions with limited supervision
Basic proficiency with security technology, including camera systems, access control tools, and mobile communication devices
Ability to walk, stand, or patrol for extended periods as needed
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require U.S. Venture’s sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

Demonstrated ability to de-escalate conflicts and resolve challenging situations using a calm, respectful, and service-oriented approach
Proficiency in monitoring and reviewing security camera feeds, identifying unusual activity, and reporting concerns promptly
Willingness to escort team members to parking areas or other locations upon request to ensure their safety and comfort
Required to carry and respond to the designated U.S. Venture phone throughout the shift to address security needs and support on-site personnel
