The Corporate Security and Safety team is responsible for the safety and security of Blue Shield of CA employees, visitors and property including controlling entry and exit of Blue Shield’s premises, and safeguarding facilities, equipment, materials, and employee property. The Corporate Security and Safety Analyst, Senior will report to the Director, Corporate Security and Safety. In this role you will be responsible for the management and oversight of uniformed guard services across all company locations, with a focus on safety, security, and emergency preparedness. This position leads onsite emergency response efforts, collaborates with internal and external partners to develop documented guidance, and ensures vendor compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. The role also maintains accountability for the physical security and general safety of all facilities.
