Sleek was founded in 2017 and has approximately 15,000 customers across offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and the UK, with around 600 staff. Sleek aims to be a cash flow positive, tech-enabled unicorn based in the Asia-Pacific region.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Secretarial, Legal Compliance, or Corporate Administration.
  • Prior hands-on experience managing Hong Kong entities and working knowledge of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.
  • Full fluency in English and either Cantonese or Mandarin (both written and spoken).
  • Prior exposure to drafting basic corporate documentation (resolutions or minutes).
  • Experience tracking regulatory deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice To Haves

  • ICSA qualification or GradCG status is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage company incorporations, including private limited companies, sole proprietorships, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate the transfer of corporate secretarial appointments for existing companies.
  • Draft statutory documentation such as AGMs, EGMs, and Board Resolutions.
  • Update and maintain minute books, statutory registers, and internal databases.
  • Monitor and manage statutory deadlines for all assigned clients.
  • Facilitate company incorporations, annual returns, and corporate changes for Hong Kong companies in accordance with the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients, fostering strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams.
  • Execute other corporate or ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
