  • Possesses a builder's mindset, strong follow-through, and the determination to transform initial orders into scalable Tecovas Work programs.
  • Understands industrial buyers, safety requirements, and complex customer decision-making processes.

  • Target potential clients including general contractors, subcontractors, data center operators and builders, energy, oil & gas companies, utilities, infrastructure and heavy civil firms, and any employer requiring boots for their staff.
  • Design footwear programs tailored to the purchasing habits of industrial clients, incorporating allowance and voucher systems, bulk orders, on-site fittings, and regular replenishment.
  • Manage customer relationships and sell the complete program offering.
  • Promote Tecovas Work initially, then expand sales to include branded apparel, products, corporate gifting, off-site fitting events, and recurring corporate accounts.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to order fulfillment.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals, including volume-based discounts, within established pricing and margin parameters.
  • Maintain ongoing commercial ownership of all accounts, including developing growth plans, managing annual reorder discussions, and overseeing pricing relationships.
