The Sales Rotational Program is a 12-month, full-time opportunity built for early-career professionals who want to develop a real foundation in commercial sales. Through three structured rotations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Selling Leadership (including Sales Center experience), you will gain end-to-end exposure to how QXO drives revenue growth, manages customer relationships, and brings products to market. Associates will contribute to active business initiatives, working alongside cross-functional teams, and building the skills to operate confidently in a results-driven commercial environment. The program combines hands-on experience, targeted development, and a capstone project that gives you increasing responsibility over time. Associates who successfully complete the program are eligible for full-time placement in Sales, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, based on business needs, performance, and career interests.
