About The Position

The Category Management and Procurement Rotational Program is a 12-month, full-time development experience designed to build early-career professionals with a strong foundation in category strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations. Through three structured rotations across Category Management, Direct Procurement, and Indirect Procurement, associates gain direct exposure to how QXO drives commercial performance, manages supplier partnerships, and optimizes purchasing strategies across the business. Associates contribute to meaningful business initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and develop the analytical, operational, and strategic skills needed to support QXO's commercial and operational priorities. The program combines hands-on experience, targeted development, and a capstone project that gives you increasing responsibility over time. Associates who successfully complete the program are eligible for full-time placement in a role within category management, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations, based on business needs, individual performance, and demonstrated career interests.
