We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Recruiting Manager to join our growing private equity–backed firm specializing in the HVAC and plumbing industry. As a key member of our human resources and operations team, this leader will drive all aspects of full-cycle talent acquisition across multiple entities. Importantly, this is a working manager role. Providing strategic leadership, the successful candidate must be willing and able to take on daily recruiting duties — including sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement — especially during peak hiring periods. The ideal candidate will bring a proven ability to design and execute recruiting strategies, manage budgets, optimize Greenhouse ATS system, and step in directly when volume requires. This position is both strategic and hands-on, requiring adaptability, resilience, and a strong commitment to achieving results.
