About The Position

PLS Logistics Services is seeking a Corporate Recruiting Associate to support our corporate recruiting team across a wide range of professional openings. This role will be heavily focused on candidate sourcing, recruiting coordination, candidate communication, and recruiting data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow within recruiting.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other sourcing platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards/platforms.
• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates for open corporate positions.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS.
• Prepare and format candidate summaries for submission to hiring managers.
• Coordinate second- and third-round interviews by matching candidate availability with hiring-manager calendars.
• Send Microsoft Teams invitations, interview confirmations, and candidate reminders.
• Send first-day reminder communications to new hires.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, interviews, and hiring data using Microsoft Excel.
• Support Corporate Recruiting Manager with additional projects and administrative tasks as needed.
• As you become familiar with PLS positions and recruiting processes, take on initial candidate screening responsibilities.
