About The Position

SMASH is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for finance-related positions. This role involves partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. The ideal candidate is a strategic recruiter who excels in high-volume environments, provides an exceptional candidate experience, and contributes to hiring success across various business functions. This position is available to candidates located within the United States and requires U.S. citizenship or valid U.S. work authorization. The role is hybrid, requiring 4 days onsite in East Denver and 1 day remote on Fridays.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment workloads (20–25 concurrent requisitions).
  • Experience recruiting Finance, Accounting, and/or Treasury professionals.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience recruiting for professional and management-level positions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident, proactive, and relationship-driven approach to recruiting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience mentoring or coaching recruiters.
  • Experience recruiting Director-level positions in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Experience with enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of recruiting metrics and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional and management-level positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining quality and speed throughout the hiring process.
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for Finance, Accounting, and Treasury positions.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offers, and onboarding activities.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide consultative recruiting guidance.
  • Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interviewing techniques, and market trends.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and provide support on challenging hiring situations.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding and talent pipeline development initiatives.
